Who we are
ClearSkyCharts is run by Blogrator Web Service (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Malda, West Bengal, India. You can reach us at hello@clearskycharts.com.
What astrology on this site is
Our charts use accurate astronomy. What they mean is astrology, a symbolic tradition for reflection and fun, not a science. Nothing on ClearSkyCharts is medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice, and it can't predict what will happen. Please make important decisions with the help of qualified people. See our honesty promise.
Free tools
The birth chart, compatibility comparison and guides are free to use for personal purposes. Please don't copy our written content wholesale or scrape the site.
Paid reports
The Relationship Report costs $12 (US dollars), shown before you pay. It's a one-time payment: no subscription, no trial, no account. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card number. Your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee if your card isn't in US dollars.
The report is digital and ready right after payment, on the page you return to from checkout. Keep that page's link: it's how you reopen your report. Each purchase is for your own personal use.
Refunds
If your report isn't what you hoped for, email hello@clearskycharts.com within 30 days of buying, with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund you in full. No forms and no hard questions. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something went wrong, like a payment that didn't unlock your report, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Your privacy
Birth details are calculated in your browser and never sent to us. What Stripe and we receive when you buy is explained on the privacy page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to purchases made while it's posted.
